Ingenious Ventures offers a Seed Investment Programme, up to £150,000, utilising the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme, investing exclusively in the media and creative sectors, including consumer facing technologies.
Qualcomm Ventures has a global seed fund looking for early stage viable business models, predominantly in wireless technology. This encapsulates consumer apps, enterprise software, sensors and autonomous devices. Typically investing $500-750k
Scottish Enterprise operates the Scottish Seed Fund (£20-250k for fresh businesses launching new products), the Scottish Co-Investment Fund (invests up to £1m in deals of up to £2m with private sector partners) and the Scottish Venture Fund (invests £500k-£2m in deals of £2m-£10m alongside private sector partners).
T-Venture is the VC arm of Deutsche Telekom investing in fixed and mobile network technologies, as well as online, media and mobile internet companies, both B2B and B2C. Minimum investment Eur 0.5m up to Eur 10m, with some seed investments from Eur 0.3m
Trevi Health Ventures provides development, venture and growth capital for private healthcare companies with emphasis on medical devices, biopharmaceuticals and healthcare services, in the U.S. and Europe.
Finance South East Group operates the South East Seed Fund, investing £100-250k on a matched basis in close to revenue or revenue generating companies in the South East England excluding Greater London. Also operates the AdImpetus EIS Fund, and the Bedford Business EIS Fund
